FusionTech™ Digital Surfacing by ATI®

FusionTech is a proprietary coating, digital printing and sublimation technology that is applied to Aluminum, as well as other substrates such as Glass, FRP, Ceramics, Wood and Fabric, to create unusual effects.  FusionTech on Aluminum is usually supplied in 4′ x 8′ sheets of un-backed aluminum.  Both stock laminates and custom laminates are available.

Aluminum sheets can be satin or gloss and will keep their aluminum appearance. Aluminum is also available with a 4 color photo realistic process and can have a satin, gloss or ultra gloss finish.  Sheets are coated with a highly scratch resistant, UV stable proprietary coating and then the images are added using the FusionTech infused color process.

A Semi-Custom line is available from our library of stylish design. The custom program takes customer supplied artwork and turns it into a beautiful and durable product. A stock line of designs on unbacked 4' x 8' or 4' x 10' aluminum is also available.
