Name, Phone, Address & Company - This information can only be viewed by Kenmark staff. We require this primarily for the purpose of sending information and samples you request. After entering this information once in the registration form, it will not be necessary to re-enter it again. Because product information is proprietary, we also need to know who receives it and what purpose it will be used for.
